Card Making Project - Milton with Flowers Birthday Card
Made by Dianne

A totally different look using the same stamp as in Milton with Flowers for Someone Special.

To make this card you will need:

Cosmic Shimmer Paints in: Frosted Mallow, Rose Hue, Indigo Sky, Autumn Twist And Sunlight Cream
Small Piece of White Card for stamped image – approx 10omm x 85mm
Sheet Backing Paper from the Milton & Co Paper Pack
7mm Organdie Ribbon In Caramel and Gold
Kanban 5mm Gems - 8 of the Gold
Scoring Board (optional)

With the Stazon ink pad, ink up your image and then stamp onto the piece of white card. Colour in using the Cosmic Shimmer paints, leave to one side to dry.

Cut a piece of gold foil card to measure 138 x 160mm and glue this to the front of your card using double sided tape. Position it so that there is a 5mm border at the top and each side of the card.

Cut the piece of patterned paper from the pack to measure 128mm x 150mm approx. and then glue this on top of the gold foiled card using double sided tape.

Cut another piece of gold card, this time to measure 105mm x 90mm approx. and,  using double sided tape, position this centrally on top of your backing paper.

When your image is dry glue this onto the gold foil card with double sided tape leaving a narrow border of the gold card all around the image,

Attach a gold gem in each of the corners. Attach 4 more gold gems in each corner of the backing paper layer.

With a length of both the caramel and gold organdie ribbon, make a bow in the centre of the ribbon, and then position it down the left hand side of your card and then, using 6mm double sided tape, fasten the ends of the ribbon to the inside front of the card to neaten.

Colour in your sentiment with the brown permanent marker pen and when dry position this centrally onto a small piece of gold foil card. Attach to the card with either the 3D pads or the silicone glue.  If using silicon glue, leave overnight to dry.
