Card Making Project - Peacock Card
Made by Madeleine

Silver, black and white with just a touch of deep pink makes this card a little bit different.  This isn't a difficult card to make so if you are a beginner then do have a go - just be sparing with the silicon glue.

To make this card you will need:

A4 Ice Silver Card creased to A5
Silver Mirror Card cut to 128mm x 190mm
Floral Paper from Kate Knight Hint of Pink Paper Pack cut to 118mm x 180mm

Using double sided tape, glue the floral hint of pink paper to the silver mirror card.  Cut a length of ribbon to fit all the way around the floral paper and silver mirror card. Take the 6mm double sided and place it where the ribbon is to go on the floral and silver mirror card taking it well around the back of the card.  Peel off the backing strip from the double sided tape and place the ribbon on to it.

Using 3D foam tape, glue the silver mirror card to the Ice Silver creased card.

Push out the peacock topper, snipping any retainer pieces of card with decoupage scissors.  Using 3D foam tape, glue the peacock topper into position.

Punch and emboss 3 Dahlias from the ice silver paper with the flowermaker punch.  Using silicon glue build the 3 flowers up, twisting each flower as each layer is laid on the one beneath.  Put a little silicon glue in the centre of the last flower and add the seed beads.  Leave to dry.
