Card Making Project - La Perfumerie A5 Landscape Pyramid Card
Made by Madeleine

Creasing an A4 card to A5 and then using it as a tent fold card often results in the card sliding down and not being shown off to best effect.  It's far better to use an A5 landscape card.

To make this card you will need:

Cut the A3 Stardream Opal in half lengthways to create a piece measuring 148mm x 420mm then crease down the middle to give a creased card 148mm x 210mm.

Using a corner rounder round the top right and bottom right corners of the creased card.

Cut out the Perfume Bottle pyramid design from the sheet included in the kit and build up the pyramid using 3D foam tape.

Cut a piece of iridescent vellum to 148mm x 100mm and put through the Cuttlebug using the D'vine Swirls embossing folder.  If you haven't got a Cuttlebug machine then leave this bit out and just use the vellum without embossing.

Cut approx. 10mm from the edge of the iridescent vellum using the colonial blade or scissors.  Glue the vellum to the left hand edge of your card using 3mm double sided tape.

If you have embossed the vellum there will be about 10mm that hasn't embossed.  Make sure this is at the bottom of your card when you glue the vellum into place so it creates a flat surface for the pearls.

Using the perfume bottles and bows border from the kit cut the border to measure 148mm long and glue to the left hand side of the card using 12mm double sided tape.

Glue the pyramid decoupage to the card using 12mm double sided tape.

Using 3D foam tape 1mm thick attach the greeting to the card.

Place 8 pink pearls along the bottom of the iridescent vellum.
