Birthday Card Making Idea - La Perfumerie Card 2 - Made by Madeleine
Using the La Perfumerie Card Kit but a completely different card to La Perfumerie Card 1.  Here an A5 card is creased from A4 Ice Silver 300 gsm card using an EaziScore.  The top and bottom of the card is bordered using a toning self adhesive ribbon.  The mount for the card topper is Stardream Amethyst with the corners rounded using the regular corner rounder punch.  The topper is glued to the mount using photo glue and then attached to the card using 2mm thick 3D foam tape.  The greeting, included in the La perfumerie Card Kit, is also attached using 2mm thick 3D foam tape. The insert is Stardream Amethyst 120 gsm paper which matches the mount on the front of the card.  The Stardream Amethyst paper has been trimmed to insert size (for an A5 card this is 204mm x 291mm) using the DC-212 rotary trimmer and Colonial blade.  The PRT-100 rotary trimmer or Carl Craft Cutter can be used instead of the DC-212. A small piece of 7mm lavender organdie ribbon is thread through the hole in the small card topper attached to the left hand side of the insert and then the card topper attached to the insert using 1mm thick 3D foam tape.  On the right hand side of the insert the gold Birthday Foiled Sentiment, which has been cut out using the Colonial blade, is attached using 6mm double sided tape.
