		This is an absolutely stunning A4 card for a special occasion. To make this card you will need: A3 Stardream Opal Card creased to A4 Kanban Charleston Decoupage Topper A4 Sheet of Matt Gold Card A4 sheet of Stardream Onyx Paper Martha Stewart Daisy Fan Border Punch Self Adhesive Pink Pearls 5mm diameter Corner Peel Off 844 in Gold Double sided tape 3D Foam  Pads 3mm Thick
Step 1 Carefully punch out the fan border along the edge of the onyx paper, it is easier to make 2 separate borders so you can match it up on either side of the decoupage. Step 2 Attach the fan border to the back of the topper using double sided tape. Measure your topper and fan border.  The matt gold card should be cut to the same height as the topper and the width of the topper plus fan border measured edge to edge.  Once you have cut the matt gold card to fit attach your topper with the fan edges to the gold matt card. Tip: If you are a beginner you might find it easier to attach the topper and fan borders to the A4 matt gold card and then trim of the excess. Step 3 Build up the decoupage using 3mm 3D foam pads and then add the greetings using the 3D foam pads. Stick the peel off corners in place.  Finally, place a pearl over each of the little holes in the fan border to complete your card.
