When cutting decoupage hold the craft knife at an angle and cut under the paper. This will hide the the white edges which are often evident when making a straight cut. If you find this too difficult and end up with a white edge to your cut out, run a soft lead pencil along the edge. This will hide the whiteness. Alternatively colour the edge with an appropriate coloured crayon.
