It’s amazing how many times we get asked this question – even though instructions come with the Cuttlebug.

Using Cuttlebug Dies

Open up your Cuttlebug

Put your Plate A on the platform.

Then put one of the Plate Bs on top of the Plate A

Then the Cuttlebug die cutting side up (the cutting side is the one with the foam)

Then the card or paper you are using.

Then, finally, the other Plate B.

Give your plates, die, and card/paper sandwich a push into the machine and then start turning the handle.

Using Cuttlebug Embossing Folders

Open up your Cuttlebug

Put your Plate A on the platform.

Then put one of the Plate Bs on top of the Plate A

Put the card or paper you are using inside the cuttlebug embossing folder and put the embossing folder onto the Plate B.

Then, finally, the other Plate B.

Give your plates, embossing folder, and card/paper sandwich a push into the machine and then start turning the handle.
